Hi. I’m Kristen Jones.

I specialize in process analysis and improvement from both efficiency and quality standards. I excel in instructional guides, end-user/client-facing documentation, and document control/distribution management.

I hold an Associate degree and a Technical Writing certificate from Bellevue College of Bellevue, Washington. I am in the middle of a Bachelor’s from Western Governors’ University.

I’m currently based out of Seattle, Washington. I’m open to relocating to the southern U.S. (east or west) or  remote/telecommute positions.

About me, personally:

I love Ernest Hemingway for his sucker-punch brevity and Gabriel Garcia Marquez for his floridity. I love Stephen King for his ability to make me laugh and cry and sleep with the light on, sometimes all in the space of a single page.

I live and breathe Seattle grunge and good old-fashioned rock ‘n’ roll. I’ll take the Stones over the Beatles, Zeppelin over The Who, and Mark Lanegan over pretty much any other singer named Mark.
